Search for acadiso.pat file (if you can't find it see the next page)

C:\Program Files\Autodesk\AutoCAD 2016\UserDataCache\en-us\Support

Edit the acadiso.pat file in NotePad, adding:

*BRICK standard, Brick 215 x 65 + 10mm mortar
0, 0, 0, 0, 75
90, 0, 0, 0, 225, 75, -75
90, 112.5, 0, 0, 225, -75, 75

*BLOCK standard, Block 440 x 215 + 10mm mortar
0, 0, 0, 0, 225
90, 0, 0, 0, 450, 225, -225
90, 225, 0, 0, 450, -225, 225

at the end of the file after the text on "User Defined Hatch Paterns". Save the edited acadiso.pat file to the Desktop.
